Se prepara foarte simplu si rapid , intr-o tigaie se adauga 250 g apa ,
25-50g osake , o lingura de ulei se da la fiert , cand apa a inceput sa
fiarba se adauga carne de porc ceafa feliata subtire 400g , carnea se fierbe
putin 5 minute dupa care se adauga

4 vinete crude curatate de coaja si taiate pestisor putin mai groase .

10 ・20 de pastai fasole verde taiate in doua .

3 buc ardei gras rosu sau verde taiati rondele .

o jumatate de capatina de usturoi taiat rondele.
Toate legumele se amesteca cu carnea , adaugand 10 g de soyu si 10 g sos
iachiniku cu gust de soyu , se potriveste dupa gust sa nu fie prea sarat ,
se fierbe timp de 15 ・25 de minute la foc potrivit , legumele trebuie sa
ramana cat mai intregi . Se serveste de obicei cu orez .

Pestele samon se spala se curata se taie felii nu prea groase ,grosimea felii de peste sa fie de 2 cm , se pune la gratar la un foc mai mic si se lasa sa se coaca pe o parte si pe alta dar nu prea mult timp de 15- 20 de minute , nu trebuie sa fie prea rumenit deoarece devine prea uscat si inecacios , se lasa mai putin la gratar deoarece pestele samon are grasimea proprie avand acea grasime este mult mai gustos .
In timp ce se coace pestele se pregateste pasta de daikon cu soyu , se da prin razatoare o bucata de ridiche alba lunga numita daikon foarte fin cand sa obtinut pasta se scurge putin din zeama ridichi dupa care la urma se pune o lingurita de sos de soia Blue Dragon , si se serveste cu pestele samon , langa pasta de ridiche se mai poate pune si putin spanac oparit cu sare , se poate servi ca garnitura la orice meniu ,,pofta buna ,,

Pestele numit karei se curata se spala bine ,se taie in bucati mai mari depinde de marimea pestelui ,dupa care se pregateste sosul pentru fiert , susul pentru karei se pregateste foarte simplu , intr-o tigaie intinsa se pune 1L de apa se adauga sos de soia ( shoyu ) 50 g , osake sau un alcol alb fara miros 50 g , mirin sau o lingurita mica de zahar ,cand sa pregatit sosul se da la fiert 5 minute se potriveste dupa gust sa nu fie prea sarat sau prea dulce cat mai slab , cand sosul a tras un clocot se aseaza pestele karei , sosul inpreuna cu pestele se fierbe la foc foarte mic timp de 20 de minute pana cand pestele sa fiert , cand este gata se aseaza pe o farfurie si se adauga putin sos . Pestele karei se serveste de obicei cu orez , deoarece sosul de soia este indicat pentru orez.

Aceasta salata este foarte gustoasa , cand am pregatito prima data mi se parea atat de aiurita si ma intrebam cum de o pot manca japonezi asa simpla fara sare ,fara ulei , si fara otet , dar ei consuma totul natural fiecare leguma si fiecare preparat pastrandusi gustul si aroma proprie . La aceasta salata nu se foloseste nici un fel de condiment se consuma simpla find mult mai gustoasa , aceasta salata verde nu lipseste din bucataria japonezilor.]]>

Pastele numite soba in japoneza se prepara foarte simplu si rapid, se pune la fiert 1kg de apa cand sa fiert apa se adauga pastele ptr. 2 sau 4 persoane se fierbe 10 minute maxim , cand sunt fierte se rastoarna intr-o sata si se toarna apa rece peste paste fara a ramane lipicioase , se lasa putin sa scurga apa intre timp se pregateste sosul numit dashi se prepara simplu apa fiarta in care se adauga sos de soia , tuyu si dashi din peste ,se mai poate folosi in loc de dashi o bucata de peste fiarta cu sos de soia si tuyu .     
 Aceste paste numite soba sunt consumate de marea majoritate a nihonginilor in timpul verii deoarece find foarte cald pastele sunt usoare .  
 De obicei soba se mai poate servi inpreuna cu tempura , cu sashimi sau cu un peste cum ar fi de exemplu pastrav la gratar

 intr-un bol se pune 2 linguri de miso , 4 linguri de sos de soia , si o bucata de soga data prin razatoare , aceasta pasta obtinuta de miso , shoyu , si soga , se intinde pe ambele parti a pestelui macrou , si se lasa la condimentat timp 20 de minute . 
in acest timp cat se condimenteaza pestele se pregateste compozitia ptr. fiert pestele 
se pune la fiert 250 g apa , 50 g osache , putin shoyu , tuyu , mirin , acest sos nu trebuie sa fie prea sarat , in acest sos se aseaza pestele si se fierbe la foc mic timp 20 de minute se serveste cald .

se pregateste compozitia intrun bol se pune 100 g de apa 2 oua si 50 g de faina alba se bate bine pana pana se obtine un aloat de clatite sa nu fie prea subtire .              
legumele si fructele de mare se da prin compozitia de aloat si se prajeste in ulei putin incins . tempura se serveste cu acel sos de soia sau tuyu , se pune o lingura de sos de soia si 100 g apa fiarta se prepara sosul dupa gust sa nu fie prea sarat , iar ridichea alba se da prin razatoare pana se obtine o pasta si se pune peste sosul de soia , se serveste cu orez .legumele care se folosesc ptr. tempura sunt ardei verde , ciperci proaspete , morcov si praz verde , morcovul si prazul se taie fasii subtiri dar nu prea lungi .   
fructele de mare ptr tempura incepand de la peste se poate folosi orice , dar nu si caracatita sau sepie .
